The Healing Museum
“The Healing Museum” complements the “Zufluchtsort Bode-Museum” project, which has been running since 2023 and was created in collaboration between the Bode Museum and the Berlin Suicide Prevention Center. The aim of both projects is to make mental health visible, support self-care, and make art history relevant to today’s society through its transversal research with other scientific disciplines.

Fellows Ride 2025
On May 24th, the Fellows Ride will take place in Berlin. The Fellows Ride is a series of motorcycle demonstrations in various regions and cities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Romania, and Portugal. "Openly supporting depression relief" is the message aimed at participants, the public, and, via the media, the general public. The Fellows Ride aims to raise awareness of depression as a widespread illness and to collect donations for local mental health projects.

Motorcycle Demonstration – Commitment against Depression
The Fellows Ride initiative is planning motorcycle demonstrations for the fourth year in a row in 2024 to raise awareness of the widespread illness of depression. A total of 26 rides will take place at various locations, ten more than last year. This year, the focus is on "Mental health in the workplace". The ride in Berlin will take place on August 28th, 2024 in cooperation with the neuhland - Hilfe in Krisen counseling center.

Darkness into Light Berlin
On Saturday, May 11th, 2024, a major event on suicide prevention will take place in Berlin on Tempelhofer Feld. It is called "Darkness Into Light". Visitors will meet at dusk (4:15 am) for a 5 km run or walk (1.5 hours) and move from dusk into day, i.e. from darkness into light, symbolizing the overcoming of mental health problems.
